    "Invalid ID or password."

    My friend just bought the digital download for FFXIV on PS3. He made his SE account, did not use a one time password, and when he brings the game up to the login screen and tries to login, it tells him that he has an invalid ID or password. He completed his registration through email and his PSN and SE account are linked. Both my girlfriend and I have been trying to help him. I've been to a hundred sites, in different forums, and to the SE Support page. Unfortunately, due to being in America and that it is now the fourth of July, customer service is closed when you try to call.

    I don't know how to help him, and I feel bad since he bought the game and was excited to play, and now, he can't even do that. Does anyone have any ideas of what's going on or how I can help? If not, he said he'll wait until Sunday to call CS, but it seems unfair that he paid the money and is having these issues. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.<3

    EDIT: He called CS and got a recording. Sigh.
