I'm pretty sure poetics will be sticking around for legacy content. We'll probably rock three tombstones for the entire patch series.

They pretty much said when the next Tomestones come in then Poetics'll go away, aside from the conversion into Law. It's what they've been doing...

Poetics is so you can gear up for (and easily plow through) previous end-game content and gear up for HW content. Law is the soldiery of level 60 gear, easy to obtain but not that great later on (right now they're the best 60 gear you can get aside from the ravana ex weapons). When esoterics comes out they'll be better than law but be time gated much like poetics was to soldiery and before that soldiery to mythology.

Actually Law Tomestone gear is the equivalent of Darklight gear from some of the first hard modes. DARKLIGHT GEAR. That crappy i70 gear that even hero's gear replaced with mythology.
The power creep game too stronk.

If you want to get technical. I'm just assuming there are people who don't know what philosophy tomes are.

Esoteric Gear is most likely our AF2 Equipment minus the weapons of course.

Law being used to purchase Ironworks and doman gear doesn't make any sense. There has to be a third currency.

Nope, they won't require you to get to level 60 (and buy the expansion) to get level 50 gear that's been in the game for almost a year. They also clearly won't add tomes for lvl 60 gear to sub level 60 content.

Yo dawg, go farm law. So in 2 weeks Alexander gear will make it obsolete. Then 2 weeks after that Esoterics will make your Alexander gear obsolete. GGWP SE, Keep making these nerds grind stuff. All the while they think they are actually getting something. LOLOLOL!
