Having several issues

So I have several issues I'm not sure what to do about. I'm a recent returnee (less then a week back).

Yesterday I was playing and accidently put all my money into the FC bank checking online and my FC is mostly inactive with the remaining active people not high enough rank to get my money back, is there some way to get it?

I put in a ticket ingame to the GM's after about 4 hours I got a copy paste answer that told me to check the FAQ, which I had done and did again it pulls up nothing. I put in a ticket saying I couldn't find anything on the FAQ to which 45 minutes later I got an identical response. I replied to the ticket asking if anybody was reading it and if so why do I keep getting the same response.... to which I got that same response a third time 10 minutes later.

Today I spent over an hour trying to log into the forums using the same password before it finally magically worked and I thought I'd check my account. Pulling up the history stuff it says the Heavensward CE bonus was early access to the Heavensward expansion and I should have gotten an e-mail saying I had access in the middle of the month. I didn't get an e-mail notifying me about the Heavensward expansion (That I preordered and forgot about months ago) until June 25th when I resubbed meaning I missed almost if not all of the expansion prerelease events and bonus access.

I also did not receive all my preorder or CE bonus items ingame (Digital Download) I'm missing my Circlet and Earings, my chocobo chick courier, my baron helm, and my wind up kain.

I went to the preorder page in an attempt to put in the cd key again in case I misapplied them last time I put them in but when I attempt to log in it simply takes me back to the page that tells me I have to log in...

What the He double hockey sticks is going on why am I having so many issues across the board and how the hell do I get them addressed with the ingame GM's being completely worthless??

1) There's probably nothing anyone can do about your gil in the free company chest until someone with access logs into the game and can get it for you. Sorry, but that's just a tough break.

2) At this point it's probably too late to enter a valid early access code to get the early access bonus items. Contact square support, in-game GM's can't do anything about that administrative stuff. I think this is the link you want for that: https://support.na.square-enix.com/c...p?id=5382&la=1
I got to there by following "Support" links from the Mog Station.

3) I think you can upgrade to Collector's Edition at any time? If that's the case and you have a valid CE code then see if there's a way to register that code to your account through the Mog Station and you may still get the Griffin mount + Baron Helm + Wind-up Kain. If you can't then use the same link above and contact support.

Isn't there something about if you're Company leader has been inactive for about a month, anyone in the FC can apply to take over leadership?

If you can make yourself the FC Leader then you will have control of the chest.

I do have the griffin mount it's the rest of it I don't have that's why I'm confused. That being said I wasn't sent an e-mail saying the thing was out until after it was done with wtf?

I'm unsure about taking over I think I may have read something about that somewhere to I'll look into it anyway.

I'm fairly new to the game >2 months I stopped playing after my trial month because the xpac was only a few months from launch, the server was pretty inactive and playing WoW for 6 years has taught me things quiet down right before an xpac drop. Additionally I decided I wanted to play mech on release and all the info I could find said you didn't need to level a class to pick up that prof (not that I'd have to have progressed the story to a certain point rather peeved about this to).

So I figured I'd give the game a break and come back when things had picked up. I quit at about level 40ish teaching myself everything about how to play because nobody was ever on (I seem to be on a very quiet server and am thinking about transferring now). At this point I figured since my FC is inactive now I'd snag the meat from the bank before I go at least it would get used (5-6 stacks of 2-3 meat each not like I'm stealing hundreds of anything). I saw the gil thing and figured why not I'll throw some gil in to say thank you in case anybody comes back, when I used the arrow it said (Gil)--->(Gil) I took that to mean the number on the right was how much would be in the bank but it actually meant how much I'd have remaining. Wish that was a bit clearer damn it.

Aw thats just unlucky.
If your FC is inactive, you will gain leader in 30 days or so.
Happened in my FC when I moved abroad 2 months and when I got back I wasn't leader anymore. So at least one active person will get leader

Positive, when I logged in initially after reactivating the first thing I did was go to the mailbox for my CE items. I got the Fantasia potion (although I think it might have been the for being active for a month) and my Griffin Mount and one other thing (escapes me what it was right now I'll have to check later).

As for becoming the leader that's not going to be the case there are other active people it's just that they are on in very different time zones. One of them will probably end up being the leader at some point :P
