What armor is this?

Specifically the Marauder weapon and armor.

Axe should be the i70 crafted (if I remember correctly) and the armor is the standard tin can set (with no helm it's the i90 crafted set)

The MRD armor is the Heavy Wolfram set. Armorer 3 star. Personally that is my favorite glamor armor since... it actually feels like armor.
The MRD weapon model is on a couple weapons, the latest one is the Titanium Battleaxe IIRC. You can find it on the market board.

The armor is misrepresented there. It's the old level 50 crafted heavy plate armor and axe. The armor, though, has a built-in helmet. There's 'newer' armor in that same style that doesn't have the helmet. Names for all fail me, though... though they are all green icon so that should narrow things for you.

Yes, all are dyeable. Well, except the axe.

Append: Also, the axe reappears in Heavensward as a craftable weapon. I think it's level 54 or 56.
