Sorry but no. Then there will be a lot of complaining about how people join weekly clear groups and farm groups just for an easy clear.
I am going to blunt. Players who have cleared content have no obligations to help others clear said content.

Does the message single out players that are new or just lacking a clear? Yes, I agree. Honestly, I would probably just asking proof of clear whenever I make a pugged group for something and I am sure I wouldn't be the only one to do so.

I think you meant to say 'Party Finder' group. If you're using Duty finder with your inner circle of 3-4 friends and you decide not to use the 'reduced party' option, partied or not any and all room to complain about new players in your run is nul and void. As such, you should at least try to be helpful instead of chastising the new players for not 'properly preparing'. I say I've never watched videos alot when I'm the one popping the message, but half the time I have and, brutally honest, videos do nothing for me. I only learn a fight by, gasp, learning the fight. Alot of people are like this. And when I'm returning, I like to see if anyone else says their new, and will offer help when asked. Might want to try that yourself sometime.

It is just rude and disrespectful since you could be wasting their time if they are farther in the fight then you. All so you can go into the fight blind. Please use the PF for blind runs.

The problem with this bullet point is that you make the rather grandiose claim that you've never had to learn the fight yourself. That you were somehow a pro at it as soon as it was content. Bold-faced lie as that is. We all had to learn the content, took multiple tries at beating the content, had friends and strangers alike help with the content. As such, we are all obligated to help those who come after. After all, if it hadn't been for those who went before we'd never have cleared it ourselves. Seriously, the stick's gone far enough, you can take it out now...
