Wait... How does them fixing an issue with Ley Lines and Rapid Fire messing with return and teleport CDs mean that they took GB out of the game or gimped it?

Rapid Fire used to allow an instant activation of Gauss Barrel (otherwise it's like 3 seconds) without consuming a charge. You could pop Rapid Fire then pop Gauss Barrel immediately to spice up your burst damage, then once you've unloaded all your opening burst, turn off Gauss Barrel and save it for when Rapid Fire is up again, as apparently Gauss Barrel, like Wanderer's Minuet, resulted in an overall DPS decrease due to loss of auto-attack.
Now you cannot do that.
Pretty sure I mentioned having some background knowledge on how the class plays @ 60 not just being able to read patch notes and make assumptions.Wait... It was obvious that the interaction with Rapid Fire and Gauss was not intended. Personally I was trying to not use that interaction because I knew it would get fixed and I didn't want to initially learn bad habits.
It was simply a bad band-aid for the bigger issue, which is Gauss Barrel is bad and needs to be buffed/changed. The solution to this problem is NOT putting Gauss Barrel back on Rapid Fire.
it s still use able with 3-5 sec loss instead of 2 (because of animation & latency), so technically it is still useable, but if you dont want the 3-5 sec loss, you ll only be able to do 1 rotation of 1-2-3 instead of 2It was obvious that the interaction with Rapid Fire and Gauss was not intended. I'm happy that many of you will be quitting the job due to it being too hard to play the job properly. Get over it to be honest. It was an obvious bug and it was only a matter of time until it was fixed. It's not the end of the job but if it's too hard for you to move and do dps then by all means, be bad at some other job.
basic info.
ilvl 180 mch completed bismarck ex and been farming ravana ex 17 clears so far since last night. with pugs and FC.
for fights no Gb was the best option for dummy gb on was the best option but bring in the loads of movement needed gb on whole time is effectively does less dps. I'll probably have to play with it but if this is so GB should be for opener only then left off the entire fight and effectively use reload other cds as soon as they come off cds.
Im currently doing hunts for the last few raw doman urushi for a whole another law set cause I have extra totems for any weapon i choose. and would need to level a monk to 60 before alex through pure grind alone.
I'd rather of spent my time after mch being 180 to do other stuff in the game and leveling crafting and gathering. but since devs don't want to say anything about mch this is the only thing i can do really is to replace the dead lvl 60 class.
But the job is underperforming. This is a fact whenever you accept it or not. I do not find the class hard at all I found it enjoyable to stance dance and see some big brust even thou those aren't very big compared to what every other class is pulling. you are a toxic player who ohh baby wants class easier no if I have to work my ass off to do the worst dps in the game I might as well be playing A monk and doing great numbers instead.I'm happy that many of you will be quitting the job due to it being too hard to play the job properly. with the rapid fire burst gone the MCH name alone will be just plain kicked from dungeons and raids alone.(i was kicked from a bismarck ex for doing better dps then a smn but thankfully a found a better group and was able to clear it in one go)
