Stacking vitality helps here. Interrupt is based on taking 20% or more of your home in damage.
Equilibrium potency is buffed by attack power and nothing else. So Berserk will increase the healing value, Defiance and Convalescence have no effect.
I was tanking an S Rank and with full i180 slaying accessories (one i170 ring), with Zerk I saw a 9604 Equilibrium. It was fantastic because the healers in my group were DPSing and I was at 1/3 health, fun to go to full in one OGCD.
Another big stinker for Clemency, can't block or parry while casting, so using it during combat is a pretty big mitigation hit for Paladin.
