Duty Roulette: High Level

I have been having this problem for nearly a week now.

I am not able to access the Duty Roulette: High Level. I don't know what I am missing. I can't take a SS of my view in the duty finder because I don't know where to host it. I have one ??? left. I have done some of the dutys I've unlocked and they have disappeared from the list so I don't know how helpful a screen shot would be anyway.

If someone has up to date 3.0 information on the Duty Roulette: High Level and think they can help me figure out how to get it unlocked I would be extremely grateful. I checked the patch notes and went through some in-game searching based on them.

Hey mate,

It could be that you are missing one of the last 3 dungeons.

Do you have;
Keeper of the lake
Wanderers palace (Hard)
Amdapor Keep (Hard)

If it's only recently happened then i think it'll be that you haven't unlocked one of them.

They used to be the dungeons for the Expert roulette but have now moved to High since the new expansion came out.
