    Unless you are paying extra for a static IP your address could change daily--even more frequently depending on your ISP's policies. Can also happen if you are using a vpn/proxy service.

    Someone could be trying to hack into your account, which could trigger it also. Malware could be hijacking your connection (some will proxy lock you). Some "legit" add-ons could do the proxy thing as well (shopping/search assistants, browser security apps, etc.).

    May want to run a malware scan. Malwarebytes is a good freebie--many leading antivirus companies send customers to them for assistance.

    Getting a physical token or setting up the smart phone app will better secure your account and prevent the password change prompts. An added bonus is you will get to register one aetheryte as a free teleport.
