    They don't want to do this. That's why they opted not to add classes for the new jobs. Yoshi has stated regret for splitting arcanist into two jobs since the release of 2.1 so it's unlikely that this would happen.

    Whether or not they want to doesn't necessarily mean it isn't a great idea. They probably don't want to because it makes the game more difficult to support and create content for. However, it would add a much more diverse class system that probably should have existed all along considering the whole advanced job thing is in the game already.

    If there is only ever going to be Ninja as an advanced job as rogue then they are basically just the same class. It is even mandatory to become a ninja if you want to be optimal. Might as well start as being called a ninja and not get the specific abilities until you get them as it is now anyway. It is essentially exactly the same.

    Now if they made being a rogue without being a ninja at level 60 different than being a ninja, with different rogue abilities and everything, it would be a different story.

    that will not happend, mostly because it's like create a jobs with 10 skill only
    where it did work partially with sch/smn, it's the fact both had different role, more important the pet was changing because of the jobs giving a bit more difference.
    create a class for add 2 jobs behind it's like create 3 new class at the end. exept the 2 jobs will be less developped than the class. more important they can focus on the idea: 1 weapon = 1 jobs.

    anyway, with the answer today of yoshida about the mudra lag, i'm extremely disappointed by them answer to the concern of ninja that was running for age!

    add server to europe for european is cool, but will not solve this trouble. all of this did come of them idea to have everything manage from the server side, all the trouble they meet with the game developpement come from this and only this!

    and before someone come and say: yeah, but if it was client side we will have tons of cheater. exept FF14 is one of the few to do it like this most of the mmorpg outside is clientside mostly!

    i digress, the futur of the ninja seems to be grim since they refuse to admit them own error in the concept that now affect our pleasure as player! i'm sorry but it's not different than the trouble mac user have! our game experience is not normal, since a part of our jobs is simply bugged! why they can't admit this! seriously i'm pissed about them answer... after the: the ninja don't need work! from the previous live letter and this, i feel that ninja community are treated like second zone citizen!

    we only need to see the skill added to the ninja with heavensward for see that they don't really care about us. one of our skill render totally useless another one! (Shadowalker>smoke bomb)
    while one make another skill use far less than before. (AC>AE)
    i will not talk of the dream in the dream damage...

    no i'm really disappointed in the way to treat us! i will go farer, it's at the same level than the disappointement for the V1! we are not listened, we are ignored litterally and when they talk to us they are insulting and treat us like idiot that don't know our jobs!
