It's even more ridiculous when you see a certain Ninja NPC in the Main Scenario using Mudra and they come out faster than anything even the Japanese can throw out. That should tell somebody that that is how they "intended" it to be but it isn't

Yeah... I can push the buttons that fast, but God only knows what I'll get out of it.
