And this is a very good reason of why making something too easy is bad. The final battle... the climax of the story. Overcoming such a thing should leave a sense of accomplishment, not a hollow feeling.Mechanically, I didn't much care for the fight. It was visually stunning and the music was incredible, but I'm ashamed to say I got carried (I hate beating things in games with no idea how or why I beat it. The accomplishment feels hollow)...although, that didn't seem to bother people because when 4 of us explained that we were new, the other half of the party said no explanation was needed and we could just wing it. I don't mind that it wasn't that challenging, but when half your party, one of whom (me) is healing, has no grasp of what's going on, and you can still clear the fight with virtually zero difficulty then eeeeeeeh, I think it's safe to say it's a bit too easy.
