Scholar main looking to seriously go summoner, stat problems

Hey all, from the title you probably guessed it... the legendary "I am a Scholar main and want to summoner (or vice versa)" problem.

If I allocate (or rather, do not reallocate and keep my points) the majority of my points in mind will this gimp my damage as a summoner significantly enough to prevent me from making it past DPS checks (AKA Bismark EX)?

I already have i179 gear for both jobs (I didn't spend the doman urushi/etc I saved up yet but I have a full set ready), but my concern is the fact that I do N.O.T. know how to allocate my points.

Which is the better decision? Allocate towards int for summoner / DPS checks or keep them in mind for scholar?

I have Scholar as my main, always will be, I am a healer in static groups. However I want summoner to be my second main and a fluid option I take to high level raiding as well. This isn't just a whimsy "hueehuee I want to be a summoner -derps-".

I want to take this into serious raiding too and thus my issue.

I don't know how 21 points lost affects DPS, if it is significant enough I will allocate all my points to intelligence instead as I am confident enough of a healer that some trivial dent in my healing won't concern me. I healed through most coils as i103 before heavsnward patch in PUGs with confidence, I have no concern in that regard if the damage loss from the stat allocation is significant. I, obviously, cannot say the same about my confidence as a summoner.
