Steps:
Two days ago, I was going to craft items for the GC supply missions when I encountered this error: the item 'Holy Cedar Wand' is a carpenter craft (as both materia melding and repair define it as carpenter) placed in the alchemist crafting log.

I play on laptop with windows 8.1... I don't really know where to find all the other informations
