    DEX no longer affects Parry afaik. Might be wrong, though.

    Also, you can only parry physical attacks, but there are some random magic attacks that can be parried. You have to be facing the enemy to parry/block them.

    This is incorrect. DEX still affects your parry rate. I did a little testing on the matter, and the numbers I found in the old Reddit post seem to hold up. Right now I have about a 50% parry rate on physical attacks prior to any buffs, and not counting the DEX bonus I get from being in a party.....
