    Preordered Heavensward did not get items

    I preordered the Collector's Edition for Heavensward and have not received ANY CODE to redeem the Bonus Items, I preordered the CE version from Steam and I should have gotten a code I guess but the fact remains I have received no items, no Gryphon mount, no nothing except the expansion, so what am I supposed to do? I looked through my email, there is no code there, nothing at all, I shelled out 59.99 for the CE version and I am NOT happy about this, someone please help.

    did u add the code from key codes/licenses in stream client to mogstation for ce version if not then thats why u havent received them
