How do you use food and fireworks???

Forgive the stupid question. But i can not remebr how to use food or fireworks for the life of me please help!!

I press "U" on keyboard or you can click that button that looks like a little bag. (if you decreased resolution it may be outside the border of your screen)

It's funny that it's impossible to use food and other items with the controller, and yet when the other dude was still in charge they had said the PS3 version was "complete", lol. Don't know how they could have even said that with no way to use food or items at all.

Glad they are finally adding this functionality in the next patch though.

That was a feature. Playing with a controller was meant to make the game more challenging. - Tanaka
