Email says delivered but did not receive the package

So I preordered 2 physical collectors edition: Square's online store and amazon.ca. My email delivery status for says that the package I bought from Square's online store has been delivered, however, I still didn't receive the package. I am not sure what to do in this situation since this the first time I have not received an item I bought online (first time to buy something from Square's store as well). Interesting thing is that the other collectors edition I bought from amazon was delivered on time. I will greatly appreciate it if someone can direct me on whom to contact. And I am also wondering if someone is experiencing the same problem. Thanks!

First place to try is the company delivering it. And your neighbors. Someone might have picked it up.

I have a company that does this around here, and I'm *right* on the road. Folks walk by and steal packages all the time.
