Kinda my fault for phrasing the question badly.
There are always anti-melee mechanics. What I should've asked was which melee transition dummy parses to actual fights the best. And of course which is pulling the best numbers in actual fights?

I think the Ninja rotation, while possibly the most active (button-presses per minute), is the most flexible and forgiving in regards to mechanics.
Your timers are only as strict as you make them to be, and practically no ramp up.
Definitely transitions well into combat situations compared to the other melee.
