Cast abilities at focus target?
You can macro your abilities to have them cast primarily on your target, but if your target is not an enemy and your target's target is, the spell will be cast on them. But no focus target macro as far as I know.
Any sort of special macros. Mouse over and what not if it does exist.
As I mentioned earlier, the game has built-in macro system that has quite a large variety of different commands you can write down for abilities etc. Each command can be found ingame as well as various guides on the intarwebs.
