The problem I see with this debate is that all the content we had so far should be have present from the start.

It'd be useless to have hardcore content when battle algorythms are changing, classes are unbalanced, materia will be unbalanced at start and jobs aren't out yet.

Just think of your char and your progression as a bonus. You get the advantage of being one step ahead and having access to everything, but you lost progression, difficulty and achievement feelings since all these "landmarks" weren't there on your road to 50.

Getting a chocobo at rank 20 will in fact be tough.

They will have to do a few company quests and maybe a few caravans.

Should prolly nerf that before it comes out. We wouldn't want anyone to have to break a sweat.

Regarding the 'too easy' part, I'll repeat a question I asked earlier to others: have you made a habit of killing the r80+ mobs we see running around? The r90+ ones? It's not like there isn't challenges out there to be had...

You're also still wrong on the basic facts; you won't be able to get a chocobo at r20 without doing a ton of the repeatable quests, because you can't do toto-rak until 25. And if you're a new player who didn't get the 1k bonus for Foundation day, you'll REALLY need to do a lot of them to get 3k marks.

i dont think the rank 25 caravan is gonna give many seals, i think most player will have to at least complete the lvl 25 dungeon to get enough seals which to me is a good enough challenge for a mount.

I'm not aware of anyone saying it should be made easier. Why does gaining access to a new feature come down to a choice between making it difficult for someone with a mountain of rank 50 classes to obtain or nothing?

My mountain of rank 50s has NOTHING to do with having difficult content in this MMO or not.

Right now, there is no challenge for even the casuals.

I support what I believe in, and I speak my mind on things I disagree with as well as the things I agree with.
