    It could in a way, but I imagine all the job quests would revolve around studying a certain mob then being rewarded with its power or skill. Which either people would get upset over, or everyone else will be mad that Blue gets way to many options and skills due to freedom of finding mobs to learn from.

    I don't see that happening. They would get the same amount of skills as everyone else. I don't see an option like 11 where u had tons of skills and were able to set them. Just 1 job quest 1 skill
