Your specs look fine. Looking at the laptop specs on Newegg, I'm wondering if your game is on that 5400 RPM HDD.

The Asus site lists the 770m as the GPU in that laptop, and if you search for it on the rankings, it's waaaay down at the 88th spot.
No, you're not going to get 60fps, despite the laptop being a "gaming" laptop.
Where are you testing your fps at? Towns, open field, dungeons? How many character models/mobs are on the screen at once? Is DX11 actually enabled? Do you have screenshots?
There's absolutely nothing anyone can do for you unless they can actually see whats going on.
Now that you've been sufficiently called on the carpet; your move, rhetorical, flatulent, fustian, gaseous, gassy, grandiloquent, oratorical, orotund, windy, bloated, elevated, florid, flowery, grandiose, highfalutin (also hifalutin), high-flown, high-sounding, inflated, lofty, ornate, pompous, pontifical, pretentious, stilted, tumid, turgid; overdone, verbose, wordy - BOMBASTIC.
Exactly my thought .
my monitors refresh rate is actually 120 .
Gtx 770m . running the game at DX11.
DO you think it actually will matter if i downgrade my drivers? and what's that LOD feature.
i agree with you , but my point was that i wanna run this game on 60 fps even if i have to turn the graphics down to medium , but the problem is it doesnt change anything when i turn it down.
doesnt matter.i get the same amount of FPS inside the cities where its crowded and i get same the FPS in open field where its empty.
DX11 is enabled .
maybe it's the same issue that people have been having not reaching their max fps like some of us are having and being capped at a certain fps
nop , i bought a samsung 840 evo 250gb SSD. and i am running windows and also the game on it .
