    Unfortunately I have been getting tells and friend requests again while being in the new areas granted not as bad in t the old areas but it is starting again

    Yep...not as bad as the ARR areas, only getting a couple per hour at most. Still getting 'em, though, and I've been almost exclusively in HW zones.
