Even though Presence of Mind states "increases spell speed by 20%" I believe what they meant to say was "reduce casting time by 20%" as using PoM removes 0.5seconds (20%) off my normal 2.5 GCD spells. I'm pretty certain 20% Spell Speed isn't that potent.
That makes a bit more sense and explains PoM / fairy buffs not showing on character sheet anymore. Really hoping the same is applied to Cleric Stance's damage increase / healing reduction... just wish it was easier to confirm.
