This is pre-HW screenshot but I only changed it slightly because of the new skills.
Most of my keybinds are on keyboard. I use mouse buttons for stance changing, using Wrath/Abandon stacks, overpower, tomahawk and brutal swing.

As for tanking multiple targets, gather then Overpower same as always :P

Edit: Hrm, didn't know the screen shot would look so small.

Do you have a keyboard too? This game would be unplayable to me w/o a mouse and keyboard.

Welcome to the PC Rag! Been doing PC MMO's since DAoC days. ill post my setup after the edit break (cause enix is stupid when it comes to forum design). TLDR: your biggest challenge is getting used to the difference, thats all. once you get past that, making changes to your setup will be easy.

I don't have a screenie for you at the moment, but it isn't horribly necessary at this point. The benefit of keyboard/mouse is once you memorize where your keys are and what they do, you don't really need to look at hotbars much at all.

there's a few things you need to remember about keyboards vs. controllers. And if some of this stuff is simplistic, I apologize … not sure where your skill level is, so im going off the assumption that this is the first time you've done a game like this with the keyboard.

For Keyboards, you have allot of keys you can use, so it seems overwhelming. But once your used to it (if you've every typed before, its a short learning curve), it has much more flexibility then a controller could ever have. It's really the learning curve you need to get used to. Pick a style, and stick with it, and eventually you'll get the hang of it. Remember that your not just learning a new style, your forgetting (re-training) your old one, which takes twice as long. Patience rewards you in this case.

Also keep in mind that since your cursor is free foating, you can click things as you are doing stuff. This frees up allot of mental bandwidth trying to memorize everything. I think controller users forget this one the most... clicking is much faster then using the controller to cycle through menus until you get to the one you want. You'll learn the habits of moving and clicking eventually.

    Mouse:
I have extra buttons on my mouse that I use for the special keys (ctrl, alt, and/or shift). Holding down your right mouse button and using the L and R movement keys (in traditional setups those are A and D respectivey) allow you to strafe. Left click to target, right click to target and start auto attack.

    Keyboard:
I move with the ESDF keys, a bit different then the WASD keys (WASD is traditional). I do this because I prefer to use the keys around the movment keys as my hotkeys for skills (those being QWRTAGZXV) that way all my immediate skills are really close. Traditional setup is using the numebr keys and function keys. I like to keep my skills close

So hotbar 1 (HB1) for me is the above setup. The next hotbar (HB2) is the same keys, but with ctrl+ as a special. The next hotbar (HB3) is alt+. I also use shift+ for a hotbar . Hotbar 4 is they numberpad keys. This allows for fast triggering of skills as you can hold down the ctrl or alt button on your mouse while executing multiple hotkeys while strafing at the same time.

HB1 is where most my commonly used skills go. HB2 (ctrl+) is for the next layer of common skills (such as my warriors second chain, and my more commonly used defensive CD's). HB3 (alt+) is for my Job skills that require wrath or abandon to use. HB4 (number pad keys) I use for my stances and items that I don't use all the time (health pot, mount summon, etc). I also try to line up similar skills on the same keysets, to make it easier for me to remember. as an example, my first chain I use (threat chain) on my warrior is on W, R, and T. my second chain (damage buff and debuffs) is on ctrl +W, R, and T. my AoE threat (overpower) is on G, and flash (my next AoE thingy) is on ctrl +G. when i have enough wrath to use my big AoE, it's on alt + G. at this point im sure you can see my logic behind what skills I put where. And I do this for all my classes....so my AoE's are almost always on G. period.

Other then that, you just need to get used to the common keys for regular function. Tab to move inbetween targets, spacebar to jump...it's all about rewriting your muscle memory. Once you do that, I think you will be much more comfortable setting up your hotbars and everything else.

I've only leveled up a Paladin thus far, but my keybindings are the same on Warrior as on Paladin.

    Main Keys:
    Spacebar, Q, E, R, F, C, V, T, G, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

Spacebar is the most easy-to-reach button on the keyboard from the WASD position, and the most comfortable to hit frequently, so it should be bound to whatever your most frequently-used ability is (Heavy Blow, in the case of Warrior). E and Q are the next easiest to hit, followed by R, F, C, V, G, and T.

The number buttons are reserved for abilities with lengthy cooldowns. All of my defensive abilities sit up here, save for my Stun (which sits on 2).

    Modifiers:
Ctrl+ and Shift+ are the main modifiers I use for all of the other buttons that I need. Shift+ is generally easier to hit than Ctrl+, so other critical, frequent use abilities use Shift+, while less frequently-used abilities (mostly defensive cooldowns) are on the Ctrl+ modifiers.

I have a simple five-button mouse (two main buttons, scroll wheel, two side buttons) and it works excellently. I have autorun bound to Mouse 4 (left-side key), and jump bound to Mouse 5 (right-side key).

The whole "rebinding Spacebar" thing is what weirds people out the most about this setup, but I urge you to give it a shot. It opens up three additional keybinds (Spacebar, Shift + Spacebar, CTRL + Spacebar) and is a thousand times easier on your fingers than reaching up to hit any of the number keys for primary abilities, like what I used to do.
