[Developers] A Big Thank You For A Fantastic Launch!

    Hey, team!

I'm sure I'm not the only appreciative player out there so I wanted to compile a thank you thread for a near-flawless launch!

Keep up the good work and thank you from a long-time player!

I saw what OP said and i smiled, but then i saw your post under and just got rid of the smile. Way to be negative lol.

On-topic: I have to agree with OP the launch was fairly stable in all honesty and they handled the congestion well (except for hunts because im sure that was a over sight..)

Yeah, except for the handling of the physical copy owners' access, and a few (expected) hiccups the launch was great.

From a technical stand-point I'd say SE did everything they could.
From a customer care stand-point, well, it could have been done better. Some people got their packages caught by customs (and many don't even have it yet), some had shipping issues because SE Store didn't include their phone number to the package.

And yes, I know this is the fault of SE Store, and their shippers, and not of the Devs/Game support. But they could have made the Early Access codes last longer than just 3 days after release... Prolonging it by a week or two once people get billed successfully to make sure there is enough time for the packages arrive would have been the right course of action.
