    Difference between Powerful Hookset and Precision Hookset?

    They have the same description but Powerful has a lower GP cost

    From my experience, certain fish are only affected by powerful hookset, whereas others are only affected by precision. So you basically need to figure out what one affects the fish you are targeting.

    Looks like I figured it out somehow. Precision Hookset works for light tugs while powerful hookset works for medium to strong tugs. Can anyone else confirm this? Thanks!

    For the most part that seems correct. Though there have been a couple fish that didn't work that way, or just didn't have a 100% hook rate maybe.
