So i am looking for a helpful Free Company. WHen i bought Heavensward i did not know that you had to completely do every main quest to use the 3 new jobs. I am only partway through the 7th Astral Era quests i am on Lich erver.

Are there seriously no FC's recruiting on Lich server?

Look in your party finder, it is common practice for FC recruiters to be there. Otherwise, put up your own PF looking for an FC.
You should find many rather quickly.
