everyone always complain about WM. cant you guys just use the tried and true level 50 rotation?
if WM actually decrease your dps, then dont use it.
yeah sure you dont get to use the fancy new skills but hey, drg got 2 skills that are basically the same thing and MNK new skills only work when theres nothing to punch

So people should not be upset that they took a class design that made it fun for many people, and tossed it away? Also, this game like it or not forces us to group with each other. Seeing others go, *sigh* another brd or mch. when you first join makes one feel really good.

So brd lost what made them fun, and are weaker to show for it. Your logic makes no sense.

you didnt lose anything. nothing was "tossed away". you can still go strafe and pew pew all you want just like you were in ARR.

Tossing away and not using the new skills would hurt our damage even more. If I pick to ignore them, I am doing a disjustice to the people I am grouping with. That is not fair on them. When I group with others, I want to play the best I can out of respect for that group. That is just how I feel.

at the end of the day. its about YOU. what do you want from this game? youre the one paying the sub, not these faceless strangers. if im forced by a group to play ninja just so their dps can be a bit higher (i dont like ninja) i will say no.
they might kick me from FC/LS/static or whatever but i dont care. i play this game to enjoy myself. not pleasing others.

if bard is fun for you, keep playing it
if you dont like using WM, then dont use it
if people are giving you crap about it, either learn to put up some big number or just ignore them. remember these are faceless people on the internet, theyre nobody. youll never meet 99% of people you meet in df again. if its your personal friends giving you crap, well you need to find new friends


anyway, thats kinda a big rant. sorry. im sure if BRD (and MCH) is legitimately underpowered, SE will buff them somehow
just be patient and wait until the numbers from alexander show up
