Buff Bards or Riot

The gap is too big, that's why I think we do need some kind of damage buff. Ninjas can only Goad one person every two minutes and thats only TP, bards can sing for as long as their own MP allows and can restore TP or MP.

i saw n AST with 12k mp n thought to myself god... hope you dont run out of MP cause i dont wanna sing that long lol XD
