Time for a Raid Roulette?

All i see is you want something from coil that's basically impossible to get now due to nobody signing up for, hence the need to add the content to Roulette so ppl will join.

Isn't that obvious? that's the purpose of roulettes. People who never got to get the items/wins they wanted, on a content that no one does anymore. And not only coil items, towers aswell.
