What is the most populated NA server

I am looking to create a new character and purchase Heavensward to try out the new jobs. I love being on highly populated servers, so which is the most populated?

Balmung is very populated server, but it also very hard to create a character on it as its almost 24/7 closed to character creation due to how full it is.
Gilgamesh, Behemoth, and Hyperion are some others that are very high populated, Im sure theres other high pop server thous are just the ones i can think of atm. I cant say how often ther open or closed thou as i only have a char on Balmung.

You love having lag issues, login queues, features like housing that you're permanently excluded from, a harder time trying to complete open world content, and an economy you'll likely never catch up to? I must say, I really don't understand some people. I could understand being willing to put up with all that hassle in order to play with a friend who's already there, but I can't understand deliberately looking for a server that's going to be harder to play on.

I think people need to quit trying to make characters on the highest populated servers. That's why they have lockouts, so people won't make more characters there. And everyone who does it anyway is just making it harder for those with legitimate reasons for wanting to be there, like meeting up with their friends who are playing.

I rarely ever have lag issues, yes they happen but never often enough to stop me from playing.
Login ques are a trade off for high pop servers, ther really bad now on them because Heavensward just hit. They'll even back out in a week or so. Befor Heavensward it was usly only a short que of maybe a min or two even in the middle of prime time.(Refering to Balmung on this as i dont know how the ques are for the others)
Housing is hard to obtain no arguments there. But if you absolutely must have access to a house find an FC with a house that fit your playstyle. You can also buy a room in an FC with a house, yes it dousnt have everything but you can still get to decorate your own area.
"harder time trying to complete open world content" i cant at all agree with this, i find it much easyer as theres more players to group up with to do things with in the open world.
"economy you'll likely never catch up to" its not overly hard to make gil. Yes it will be a time investment, and if your not willing to put time into making gil your not going to have much gil no mater what server your on. I dont even have a crafter/gather top geared with top matria in and i can still make plenty of gil. You just need to lern how to play the market. know what to sell, how much to sell, and when to sell and your good to go.

This is why we should just abolish servers and just have one big server with login queues. NOBODY ever wants to be on lower pop servers, queues and lag be damned :P

I was just wondering if there was a site for keeping track of server populations like WoW has realmpop.com. I found arrstatus.com but not sure it's what I was looking for.
