The tech exists. Blizzard had mobs in WoW that scaled as more people entered combat with them up to a max health and damage. The FF14 team learns new mechanics and gains new tech every patch. They'll get around to on the fly stat scaling eventually just as I'm sure they'll get around to single player roulettes for TT tourney...=x To fix hunts, A ranks need to become a daily reward and have a minute or so respawn time. S ranks need something similar, or have a massive health increase to become server-wide events like the world boss FATEs. But making A ranks a daily would allow people to PF actual hunt groups that would need to locate and kill the mob (and do mechanics!). 400 seals per day for clearing every A rank. This would take away the need to be greedy and try to cap seals multiple times per day. With old world hunts, S ranks, daily mobs, and weekly B rank, that's plenty of ways to get seals... all which would require work and not just first come first serve.
