    Payment issues not just me

    So I have been getting 401 and 601 on my visa all correct information have been paying with same card.

    I know I read some others getting same issues and I was hoping it would fix by now, I have went to tech support nothing and I called my bank its not on their end some whats happening?

    Happened to me this morning as well. I had to switch to a different card or use 60-day time cards.

    I'm having the exact same problem. I've had no issues before, made purchases from the mog station within the last 7 days just fine then all of a sudden errors 401 and 601. All info is correct, there's plenty of money in the account. :/ I just bought heavensward too and now I can't play. *sigh*
