I recently had a discussion in one of my LSes where someone was wondering what PLD's new ability "Divine Veil" does. The question comes from the barrier effect:

Prevents damage up to 10% of caster's maximum HP
To me, the "caster" in question is the PLD who is using the ability, but considering that it is preceded by the following:

Upon HP recovery via healing magic cast by a party member, a protective barrier is cast on all party members within a radius of 15 yalms.
I can see where the confusion can take place where it implies that the "caster" is the person casting the heal.

What strikes me as odd was that in the JP text, it states:

バリア効果（被攻撃時）：ナイト自身の最大ＨＰの10％分のダメージを軽減する。
Which states "Knight's Maximum HP".

I don't know if there would have been any question if the tooltip stated "Paladin's Maximum HP", but there are people who are misinterpreting the effect to be based on the healer rather than the PLD.
