    All I see is, "certain attributes no longer affect parry or block"
    Do you see something that says which specifically?

    that pretty much explains that STR and DEX don't affect parry and block anymore, i can say from exp cause before the change on my DRG i could parry and deflect 30% of the damage, since they changed it my parry strength is now a flat 20% same as all the other jobs. Can't say the same for the parry rate though since DEX isn't used on DRG
