Monk gear and Aery

Are the orthodox monk top and a monk weapon in Aery?

I ask because...I've done so many runs of this place. Still no top, still no weapon.

I've seen lots of DRK weapons, a few WAR weapons, a few BLM weapons and lots of books. I've seen the BRD, caster, healer, and a DRG top once each. No other tops.

Am I wasting my time here? I'm about ready to call it quits and give up on getting them either way. At this rate I'm going to hit 60 from running Aery before I even finish the MSQ.

Yup they exist :

but rngesus is still rngesus, In something like 30 runs of Sohm Al and the aery I didn't see any MNK boots.
And 0 MNK hands either in the 15 runs in the aery.

I'm thinking it's about time I take a break from the game really. Constant bad RNG has taken its toll. It almost never fails, it takes me tons of runs to get gear, and I see newbies get lots of gear their first run. Or people who barely put in effort get gear.

I spent weeks farming for the monk WoD pants, they never dropped. Then yesterday when I was in WoD, they finally dropped when I don't need them anymore or want them for glamour -_-

More token system please.

Unless you want them for glamour, just skip ahead and go to The Library for all your pre-60 gear. The Vault and The Library both throw gear at you left and right, and it's better looking/better stats for most classes (not sure about MNK.)

A much luckier friend showed me the top and weapon, not really my style. Looked better in the concept art I was seeing :/
