What is the fastest way to grind tomestomes? Mainly dungeon.

I just hit level 60 last night and unlocked both expert dungeons and THEX. I can't do them yet since my avg iLv is 144.

But after doing my daily roulettes for law today, I have enough to reach i145 once I buy this law ring to update my i130 ring. So my question is which dungeon is the fastest for grinding law? Neverreap or Fractal? Aetherochemical Research Facility dungeon takes ages, which is what is forcing me to spend tomes on a ring first rather than weapon just so I can be i145 to avoid grinding ARF, as I would need 3 more runs of ARF to buy law weapon as law is at 400.

I heard hunts are not feasible as they'll be dead before you get to them as no one holds them.

Neverreap, but if you want i180 gear (Arguably not that big of a difference really) you should spam hunts nonstop and you will get a trickle of law that way too.

neverreap : low trash amounts, horrible bosses designed to take forever to defeat

fractal : lots of trash, but the bosses are easy

Fractal would be the faster one, if you get good dps the trash isn't much of a problem and the bosses are easy.
Neverreap bosses tends to be more annoying, they are not hard just annoying lol
You can do Aetherochemical Research Facility, it's easy and the chances of getting new player bonus is higher as well.
Do you daily and weekly hunt bill, they give a good amount of centurio, while open world hunt itself is a zergfest.
