The issue is there are a lot of people at 60 already. You have to consider them as well. It doesn't affect you in any way. In fact, it helps you because a lot of people will have run it a few times before you do, making runs smoother.

Not really. Problem in this game is if you don't get into something from day 1, you get left behind. When people try to catch up, they get kicked for being new or not being an expert. I'm not saying they should delay the release of raids. For those that have real life responsibilities that keep them from getting multiple jobs to 60 in a week, this will be the result.

I lvled up 60 yesterday ; lots of people are already ilvl 170+, lvl60 dungeons are already rushed (and I hate rush for the first time :/)... This is sad, the expac launch was not a week ago and I feel I was too slow to enjoy the content :s

Huh? No, not at all. Not unless you belong to a hardcore raiding FC, which wouldn't be the case in the example of someone more casual.

I am somewhere between casual and hardcore. I generally play about 30 hours a week. I have never been kicked for being new or not "being an expert". I've even talked someone through a fight I had never even done myself since I researched the fight beforehand. Best thing to do when you're doing content for the first time is simply say "first time" in chat when you start. 9 times out of 10 people will be more than happy to tell you about any mechanics you might need to know.

This game is actually one of the few MMOs that DOESN'T have a problem with being left behind.
