    The abilities pretty poorly worded in general. It doesn't even specify astro buffs

    I think you should be able to cast it on yourself, although you'd have to disable it from working on your mp refresh or it'd never be used for anything else.

    I think it should work on the MP refresh actually.. That would greatly solve the MP problems AST currently has.
