Time Dilation bug?

The ability is not specific to just card use. It extends the duration of Hots as well. I use this ability every chance I get on my tank just after casting both hots on them.

And taken even further, it even extends the pvp buff "focalization". In other words, it seems to extend pretty much any buff that was cast by you.

Makes me want to test out if it extends protect even... But really wish we could use it on our own buffs.

Not a fair trade(Or...TOO fair a trade?). And it's obviously the reason why you can't cast it on yourself. Because the point is primarily to buff cards. But taking luminous off it and it'd be fine to say extend a ewer on yourself or a balance/arrow if you're soloing.

Yeah i know, it's mostly for the cards. But that's the thing, using it on you to extend our mana regen would not be broken... since it means we're not using it on anyone else. Like on a tank with bole or a dps with balance/arrow.
