Game performance issues

Hello,

whenever i play the game sometimes the following will happen:

- my animations will not show however the action will still register (e.g: i heal a target)
- showing character profile/exit menu and so forth will not show at all until this issue "fixes itself" of which it can happen again and has done multiple times
- sometimes when doing fights, this will also happen, then suddenly all of my animations catch up and once and can sometimes render me stuck and so forth, example being i LB3'd as a healer in ravanna ex, the lb3 effect occured to players, only to leave me incapacitated later on in which it killed me due to the animation going off again on my side.

Any ideas?

update: logged in again after it got so bad i reset, lost all my HUD settings.
