Question about EB timeslot confirmation

A friend of mine asked me to ask this on the forum for him -

"When confirming the EB time slot at the NPC, are both players required to confirm .. or just one player is need to do so and send the invitation to his/her partner?"

I cannot remember off hand...but I do remember that it was a pain in the ass and mine got screwed up several times because we did not understand it fully. I would just say that talk to the npcs and read very carefully and it will make sense.

Just one player is required. But you both need to be in a party and with the bracelets on.
