Gathering locked by main scenario

You could pretty much always move to an area in ARR, even if you couldn't fight there. As a botanist, there's a ton of stuff(including the 55 quest) in The Churning Mists, which is behind a trial and a dungeon, which makes it pretty impossible to level up your gatherer first like I did in ARR.
