Why should we say anything when it does proc? Did you forget every other class can do the same WITHOUT the RNG? And even when we do get procs in a row, the damage simply isn't there. All they can say is "yay it proced.....and we barely did the damage".

Then the problem is with the potency on Enhanced Slug/Cleaner Shot and not the RNG.
