    wtf SE, give me access to HW

    Seriously, had access to early access with the codes I got. Now I can't play? What the hell. Why would you have a seperate code for heavensward and a seperate code for the pre-order bonus? I't makes no god damn sense. Pissed off because I didn't recieve a code for the actual release of the game and my order that contained my pre-order bonus and the HW that had the desacription "Will be released on xx-xx-2015, the day the game launched. Now that I need that code my order hasn't been "Validated" are you joking me right now SE? Can't even get ahold of your customer support because it's only for monday-friday, you do realize that your game runs over the weekend right?

    This sounds like something you need to take up more directly with SE, not in the User-to-User support forums here. Have you submitted a formal ticket through the portal or where you purchased the game?
