    Can A Tank become a machinist?

    Does anyone know if a Marauder or Warrior can become a machinist? I have a level 36 MAR. as my highest character and I have been waiting FOREVER ( Well since the game came out ) in this game for pistols. I've quit and come back more that a few times, deleted most of my characters so that's why I only have a level 36 now. Is there a quick route to being a machinist?

    Continue the main story quests until you enter Ishgard. Then you can unlock Machinist.

    you got a pretty long ways to go, seeing as how Mch is locked in ishgard.

    but mch has no requirements for jobs, just need to clear the main scenario up to 2.55

    Just follow the main story quest until you get to Ishgard, there is a lot of people trying to complete those missions right now since I'm getting a lot of the story based dungeons and trials on the duty finder, so you shouldnt have any problems
