No second Code for Heavensward digital ps4?

Any chance that the issue may stem from going from A Real Reborn Digital copy to Heavensward Physical copy? It shouldn't matter, I wouldn't think, but someone I talked to had that issue. They got the digital HW and it worked fine, but the disc copy wasn't working.

I too am having a similar issue with the PC version, i bought the digital early access copy and was emailed the "early access code" however that code expired on the 23rd and I have not been able to access ANY new content since, They never emailed me the follow-up HW access code that the game is now asking for, not sure why we need to input a 2nd code after we purchased the game. I was online with chat support today (after 90 min wait time) and they said they couldn't help me and that i needed to contact the SE store since that's who i bought it from. I'm canceling my account permanently if this isn't resolved tomorrow and would recommend anyone else with this ongoing issue do the same.
