No second Code for Heavensward digital ps4?

I ordered my copy of heavensward through Gamestop and got my early access code. Been playing just fine till last night. Now I have nothing. I need to register HW now but I was never givin a code for that and even if I did I have no idea where I'd put it in. I called Gamestop and was told I need to get my code for registration from square enix. Now I'm confused and really hope someone can tell me something I could do or at least tell me they are having similar issues.

After more investigating I found I dont need a code but a prompt is suppose to appear as I log in and I'm suppose to just click my account and press next... Yea.. Never got that.. I'm still not getting it. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills.

I'm on the same boat, this system SE has put in place here is bizzare to say the least, I'm hoping that once Monday rolls in we'll hear something.

I am having the same issue. Bought from Gamestop, got the PS4 version, stopped working yesterday. Didn't know there was supposed to be a prompt that pops up when you log in, but... where do you have to log in exactly? Logging into my account from my PS4 doesn't create the prompt neither does logging into the game itself. I recall downloading the "add-on" as well that I was told about that's with the related items for the game, but that didn't help at all.

Manual promotion code registration will not be necessary as the full game entitlement was automatically linked to your Sony Entertainment Network account at the time you purchased the game. Please follow the steps below to register the rights to your Square Enix account once the official launch has taken place.

1. Launch FINAL FANTASY XIV and follow the directions that appear.

2. Here you will be able to attach Heavensward to your FINAL FANTASY XIV service account. Select "Next" to complete the registration process.


Couldn't get a screen shot to work. Never appeared for me.

Just to further update. Nothing has changed. I'm stuck without heavensward on my only day off from work. I honestly couldn't be more upset with how SE is doing all this.

Same problem here. Heavensward is installed on my console but mogstation and the launcher refuse to acknowledge it.

They can't seriously be ignoring this issue. This is far beyond acceptable.
